  I purchased an unlocked phone directly from the manufacture, who advertised that the phone is good on all major US networks, including Verizon. I took the phone in to Josh and he looked at it and said the phone won't work on Verizon network. He told me the ONLY phones that work on all four major US networks are phones purchased at Verizon. I believed Josh so I called the manufacturer asking why they advertise that the phone works on Verizon and Verizon says it doesn't. Turns out, the phone does work on Verizon, per the Verizon call center and their website, and the fact that the phone is now active! I called the store in an effort to let Josh know that he should be more honest with customers and the owner, Sam, answered the phone. Sam told me Josh was right! According to Sam, Josh told him he inserted a SIM card in my phone and it wouldn't work. HE DID NOT INSERT A SIM CARD IN MY PHONE. He simply looked at my phone and said it wouldn't work on Verizon. Sam went on to give me some bs about non-refundable SIM card fees and at that point, I had heard enough. I told him I would not do business with him. More than anything, I am disappointed in myself for believing that Josh was honest. Shame on you and shame on me!
